Update

Dear friends

As we enter into February 2024, we want to share with you a brief update for the new year.

January 2024 has been filled with wonderful adventures and activities for Pan Rak Foundation Thailand staff and supported programs, facilities, and amazing people.

CCI Likay Tour

During the month of January, CCI’s Thai Folk Drama team organized a long journey through the mountains to perform in seven villages and schools along the border. Over 4600 people came to enjoy the performances and experience the love of Jesus. The largest turnout was at Laytongku with over 1000 villagers from both sides of the border able to attend.

Laytongku Community Health Center

PanRak staff and volunteers also had the opportunity to visit the Laytongku community Health Center and thank God for the efforts of the nurses and medics who serve in difficult times on the border.

House of Blessing

We also attended the dedication of the new Halfway Home at the House of Blessing in Bangkok, which is an amazing ministry helping so many people in prison and in reentry. The new building was built by a gifted group of former prisoners. The Minister of Justice and the Director of the Department of Corrections both shared their support and gratitude for Pastor Soonthorn and the ministry of the House of Blessing.

Lawa-Wa Hostel roof and ceiling replacement

At the Lawa-Wa Hostel in Chiang Mai, the old leaking roof has been repaired and now new ceilings and new electricity will soon be installed so that the students who live in the hostel can have a safe and comfortable place to live.

Allan and Joan Eubank remain an inspiration for all of us and their continued energy, encouragement and vision light the way.

None of this can be done without your prayers, interest, encouragement, and support.

Thank you all so much and we look forward to sharing more adventures of Gods amazing grace and love ahead.
